Cabka-IPS grows its family of light industrial pallets with the Eco i5

Cabka-IPS, the specialist for sustainable plastic pallet packaging solutions, is now presenting its Eco i5, a 1,200 x 1,000 mm monoblockpallet. The pallet is available as both a classic three-runner pallet and as a cruciform perimeter-based pallet for secure block stacking. The Eco i5 is perfect for use in the high rack and can carry loads up of up to 600 kg, despite its own low net weight.

Cabka-IPS offers its Eco i5 in various materials: either as classic pallet witha high circulation rate, made of pure-grade recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or as hygienic multi-use pallet made of HACCP-compliant HDPE with BGA approval for use in direct contact with foodstuffs. For use as a solid export pallet, the Eco i5 is also offered in the PO recycling material produced especially by Cabka-IPS.

The typical grid design not only makes for optimum stability and cleanliness, the open design also improves the circulation of air around the load. Despite this, the pallet is easy to clean with an open deck on which neither dirt nor liquids can accumulate. The Eco i5 can also be delivered with a safety rim and markings for traceability. Special rims also allow for secure shrink foiling.
