Agility Extends Logistics Partnership with ExCeL London

Agility has extended its partnership with international events venue ExCeL London through 2019, continuing its role as ExCeL’s official logistics partner.

Agility Fairs & Events will continue managing freight transportation to and from the venue. Agility is the only logistics company with staff offices and warehouse facilities on-site at ExCeL giving it the ability to service all event logistics requirements.

The Agility suite of services for event organizers and exhibitors includes on-site event materials storage, offloading and reloading of vehicles, domestic and overseas collection with customs clearance assistance, direct-to-stand venue deliveries, courier service management, and licensed equipment hire with a qualified operator.

ExCeL London is the UK’s international centre for conferences, congresses, exhibitions and conventions, hosting hundreds of events yearly and attracting over 3.5 million visitors. The ExCeL Venue Services division provides customers with all services needed to create and participate in events hosted by the venue. Agility is an integral element of ExCeL’s offering.

The win follows Agility’s recent ISO 14001 and ISO 20121 certifications for environmental management and event sustainability. Agility is one of the first exhibition logistics companies to achieve these standards, which minimize risk and develop opportunities for real change within the exhibition logistics industry.
