Sealed Air launches Korrvu® Select range

Sealed Air, the global leader in protective packaging, has introduced a standardised core range of its successful corrugated packaging solution, Korrvu®, to the European market.

Korrvu® packaging holds products in the centre of its package, protecting it from shock and vibration. Korrvu® Select offers over 30 suspension and retention variations and is an on-demand version of its bespoke corrugated packaging solution. The different variations account for a wide-range of size applications, and ensure cube optimisation by offering maximum protection with the smallest amount of packaging possible.


Sealed Air believes Korrvu® Select will become a market leading solution in the booming
E-commerce and third-party logistics sectors, as end users look to generate further cost efficiencies from packaging to remain competitive. The Korrvu® Select range has an easy-to-assemble design, improving the speed of packaging processes – that’s what Sealed Air calls ‘fulfilment velocity’. Shorter lead times will also enable these businesses to be more reactive to ever-changing consumer demand.

As traditional retailers shift focus to online sales, there is a need to reflect the in-store customer experience throughout the eCommerce sales and delivery process. The Korrvu® range aims to make the packaging experience as simple and enjoyable for consumers as possible, as well as making returns as easy as possible too.

Another focus for retailers is sustainability. Korrvu® packaging is manufactured using a corrugated fibreboard frame and can be easily recycled in the corrugated waste stream worldwide, and recycled with the film left in place.
