TVH Signs Agreement Of Principle With The France Hayon Group

On 9 November TVH Group and the shareholders of the France Hayon group signed an agreement of principle for the acquisition of the shares by TVH France of the holding France Hayon Developpement (FHD) and 3 of its branches: France Hayon Service (FHS), France Hayon Assistance (FHA) and Manutest. The France Hayon group is the French leader in the distribution of tail lift parts of all makes, and has a strong reputation on the market with regard to after-sales service for tail lifts. Thanks to this agreement TVH expands its knowledge of tail lift parts and confirms its desire to be the European one-stop shop for tail lifts.
Four companies in one group
The France Hayon group is composed of four companies : France Hayon Service (FHS), France Hayon Assistance (FHA), France Hayon Developpement (FHD) and Manutest.
FHS, established in 1995, is the French leader in the distribution of tail lift parts of all makes. FHA is a mobile application that links the couriers, repairers and FHS. FHD provides trainings with regard to the maintenance and regulatory period technical inspections. Manutest manages the regulatory periodic inspections of tail lifts in France.
Continuity of the activities
The France Hayon group retains its activity in Chateaubourg (department 35 Rennes) with 19 employees. Michel Orhant, chairman of the group, and Patrice Bouvier, chief financial officer, both with 30 years of experience, will stay on board in the new structure and will continue to support our mutual development.

Thanks to this agreement TVH expands its knowledge about tail lift parts and the desire to be increasingly present on the market. Furthermore both parties will immediately benefit from an expansion of their respective range of parts for tail lift parts.
