Logistics Business1000 Krone swap containers for Hermes via Seaco

The first two of a total of 1,000 swap containers for Hermes Transport Logistics GmbH have now been officially handed over by Krone to Seaco International Leasing GmbH. Bernd Bruggen and Ingo Geerdes thanked Stephan Richter (General Manager, Seaco) and Volker Stenzel (Department Manager for Equipment Management, Hermes) personally for the high level of trust that Seaco and Hermes have shown to Krone by placing this large order.

“The name Hermes stands for more than 40 years of experience in logistics. We offer special industry expertise and flexible logistic solutions from regional to global. For our equipment, we always focus on quality products and high load security standards, and Krone provides us with all of this”
, says Stenzel.

Krone is the leading supplier of swap systems; all Krone swap systems are manufactured by their expert partner Bruggen in Herzlake, where great emphasis is placed on first-class workmanship and equipment features. Whether as a closed box body or curtain swap body; all common container lengths as well as parking levels and overall heights are just as much part of the portfolio as is the broad range of interior equipment.

Furthermore the boxes are certified according to EN 283/284; all steel components are also treated with Krone’s unique long-term anti-corrosion KTL powder-coating paint process.
