Yusen Logistics Expands in Indonesia with New Warehouse

Yusen Logistics Solutions Indonesia has opened a new warehouse in the MM2100 Industrial Town, a well-known logistics hub in the suburb of Jakarta.

The new warehouse, which opened for business on 2nd November, is approximately 6,000 m? in size and is strategically located, offering excellent access to the major consumption area of Jakarta, in addition to the Port of Tanjung Priok, and Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. The surrounding location is also home to a large number of automotive manufacturing operations and the new warehouse responds to increased demand for logistics services in this area.

The new warehouse provides storage and handling services mainly for automotive parts and materials. Services include inventory management, distribution processing and cross-docking, as well as ‘milk-run’ and JIT (Just-in-time) delivery solutions.

With the opening of the new warehouse, Yusen Logistics Solutions Indonesia now operates four own operated warehouses, providing 41,000 m? of space across the region, and offering a range of reliable, high quality logistics services.
