TSC Auto ID Unveils Printer Innovation at ScanPack 2018
28th September 2018
TSC Auto ID is to present its first colour series printer at ScanPack 2018 in Gothenburg, Sweden. The CPX4 is among other highlights at the Nordic region’s most important international platform serving the packaging community, including TSC’s new industrial thermal barcode printer series, the MB240 and its versatile, robust print mechanism PEX-1000.
With its first industrial colour printers, CPX4D as well as CPX4P, the Taiwanese manufacturer says it sets new standards in the market. Both models offer industry-leading print speed of up to 11.8 ips and excellent resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi in full colour. They are capable of printing brilliant miniature labels of 25.4 mm width and 6 mm length. The main difference in the two available printers is that CPX4D uses dye ink while CPX4P processes pigment ink. The fully industry-compliant series provides an efficient and economic solution to quickly produce customized label design in-house on demand without sacrificing image quality or production time. The models are well-suited for a wide variety of applications including GHS, Chemical, Retail or Entertainment.
TSC’s industrial thermal transfer barcode printer series MB240 offers outstanding features including small footprint, big performance with colour touch display and excellent print quality.
Third highlight is the versatile and robust print mechanism PEX-1000. The print engine incorporates a robust die cast structure for years of reliability and is designed for integration with various label applicators. An intuitive colour LCD panel provides an easy to understand menu structure for quick set up and operation. With maximum print speed up to 18 ips it is perfectly suited for manu-facturing and logistic applications where high speed and high de-mand label printing is required.
Beside the product novelties, a wide cross-section of ribbons, wristbands, receipt paper and labels round off TSC’s trade fair appearance. Sales Manager Nordic Kent Hansen and his colleagues from the technology department, customer service and marketing will be pleased to discuss and talk about current topics as well as the news and highlights.
